The Gulfside Player Development Program makes available to beginner, intermediate and advanced skill-level players a variety of innovative training methodologies that are expected to contribute to the maximization of their abilities always aimed at reaching towards the NEXT LEVEL of performance.   • MINI VOLLEY TRAINING - 2024 FALL SESSION - REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!

    The GULFSIDE MINI VOLLEY PROGRAM offers Boys and Girls in grades 2nd to 5th, age-appropriate VOLLEYBALL skill development to encourage player success, focusing on a solid technical base that will allow players to have FUN, as we prepare them for competitive volleyball! Mini Volley participants are expected to be the next Gulfside's high performance players.

    • Mini Volley' Session Fee: $275*
    • Location: St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic School located at 2730 53rd Terrace SW, Naples, FL 34116.
    • Practice Schedule: Every Saturday from September 7th to October 26th
    • Dates - 8 Practices/ 2hr. each:
      • September 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th
      • October 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th 
    • Mini Volley' Practice Time: 11:00am - 1:00pm 

     

    * Current (2024-25) STUDENTS of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School may use code (SETON20MV) to receive 20% discount on registration fees.

2025-26 PRE-TRYOUT CLINIC: OPENING SUMMER 2025

This is a great opportunity FOR PLAYERS LOOKING FORWARD TO JOIN A GULFSIDE TEAM FOR THE UPCOMING 2024-25 CLUB Season! Get to know our coaches, get EXTRA reps and let us see you in action while meeting OTHER CURRENT AND NEW athletes before tryouts.

Practice Times (Please make sure to attend your correct time, based on the athlete's 2025-26 grade): 

  • Grades 3rd - 6th: 9:00am - 10:30am
  • Grades 7th - 8th: 10:30am - 12:00pm
  • Grades 9th - 12th: 12:00pm - 1:30pm

 

IMPORTANT: Players interested in trying out to join a Gulfside Team for the upcoming 2025-26 Club Season must complete a separate registration and attend the FGVA 2025-26 Club Tryouts. 2025 SUMMER CAMP #1: ALL SKILLS - REGISTRATION OPENING MAY 2025

Players in grades 2nd to 12th looking for ALL volleyball skills improvement to get ready for the upcoming school volleyball season and/or Club Tryouts. This camp is designed to offer campers a solid skill foundation in all areas of the game.

  • Dates: TBA
  • Time: 9:00am - 3:00pm (Lunch Break: 11:30am-12:15pm aprox.
  • Two Locations: TBA

* Each participant is responsible for bringing their own lunch. There will be an assigned area for campers to consume their lunch during the indicated period.

  • 2025 SUMMER CAMP #2: SPECIALIZED SKILLS - REGISTRATION OPENING MAY 2025

    Players in grades 6th to 12th looking for an opportunity for individual skill development: serving, passing, defense, ball control, hitting, blocking and setting. Team concepts will also be emphasized throughout the camp.

    • Dates: TBA
    • Location: TBA
    • Sessions, Times and Fees: 
      • AM Session: Passing- Attacking- Blocking / 9am to 11:30am 
      • PM Session: Setting- Defense- Serve / 12:30pm to 3pm 
      • AM & PM (BOTH/Full Day) 3-Day Session / 9am to 3pm (Lunch Break: 11:30pm - 12:15pm)

    * Campers doing BOTH Sessions are responsible for bringing their own lunch. There will be an assigned area for campers to consume their lunch during the indicated period.

  • 2025 SUMMER CAMP #3: GAME SITUATION & BALL CONTROL - REGISTRATION OPENING MAY 2025

    The FGVA GAME SITUATION & BALL CONTROL CAMP is a great training opportunity for all players to continue mastering the ball control & game knowledge and understanding of the transition. We will review the game knowledge and decision making through playing in 6-on-6 format majority of the camp while part of the camp we'll working on game knowledge and skill through smaller groups on full court. In this game situations camp the focus will be on the following: 

    • Ball Control
    • Transition based on the ball position
    • Decision making in different positions
    • Reading and reacting free ball vs. down ball vs. jump spike to make appropriate decision on time (deciding if you are a blocker or defender, are you releasing as a setter or staying to play defense...)

    Time: 9:00am - 3:00pm (Lunch Break at 11:30am - 12:25pm aprox.)*

  • REFUND POLICY

    REFUND POLICY: Entry fees will be refunded, UP to 7 days prior to the first date of each camp or clinic. Missed practices will not be credited or refunded.

    All Camps are offered on Camp or Session basis. No prorated fee [per day(s) attending] will be offered. FGVA maintains the right of admission.

  • ONLINE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED

    Participants are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Your registration is PENDING until payment is received. Once a session has filled, a wait list is formed for that specific program and session. Please login to complete your payment at your earliest convenience to secure your spot.
