Boys Club Program

For five consecutive years Gulfside Volleyball Club Program and it’s unparalleled coaching staff has continuously reaffirmed its commitment to provide highly-efficient volleyball training in a fun but competitive sports environment to enhance their athlete’s skills in order to perform at the highest level possible.

This time, FGVA is offering BOYS between the ages of 8 and 12 the opportunity to join a BOYS-ONLY competitive team and participate in a unique high-level training season.

2018-19 BOYS CLUB SEASON FEES:

The FGVA Boys Club Program operates under the system “All Inclusive”.  You will not receive any additional invoices for the season.

Team 10U , 11U, 12U Yrs. old & UNDER

SEASON FEE: $1,350

SEACREST COUNTRY DAY SCHOOL, THE VILLAGE SCHOOL & BRIDGEPREP students receive a 15% discount on Tuition Fees.

– 4 Months-Club Season: Season runs from January through April*

– Two (2) practices per week/ 2 hrs. each

– Integrated conditioning training program

– Entry Fees for 1 tournament in the Florida Region*

– Uniform Package

– Indoor – Air Conditioned Facilities, Insurance & General Liability

– High Level Coaches Salary

– ALL coaches travel expenses (Hotel Fees, Gas, Meals, Flights, etc).

      • EVALUATION TIME: 9:00 am – 10:30 am
    • TRYOUT COST: There will be NO CHARGE or fee for this Tryout but you MUST register online on or before Friday, December 14th, 8:00 pm. Tryout Fee after deadline or Walk Ins is $20.

  • REFUND POLICY

    Each player is required to meet all financial obligations. The Club’s budget is based on the number of participants that commit to play for each team each season, and the Club has financial obligations to meet according to that budget.

    As a result, the fees must be paid to the Club even if Club Player elects to cease participation in the Club at any time for any reason. There are no refunds once the player commits to the team and begins practices.

    However, if an illness or injury occurs during the season that prevents the player from continuing for the rest of the season, a Doctor’s report with a letter requesting relief may be submitted. The Doctor’s report should include the initial date of injury and must accompany a letter by the member explaining the injury or illness and making a specific request for relief from the obligation to pay the remainder of fees due. The Doctor’s report and letter of explanation will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and the Club Directors in conjunction with the Advisory Board may only grant relief if any.

    It is important to note that travel expenses for players and families are not included in the club fees. (Please go to About FGVA- Documents and see Parent Hand Book – Travel Policy section). You should fully understand the tournament schedule in order to estimate the actual expenses that you may incur for transportation, hotels, and meals).
